More than a cover — a crew with an identity of its own.
Outlaws started as five friends learning choreography in a rented studio on Sunday mornings. Today we're a full performance community — dancers, instructors, creatives and production crew — still chasing the same feeling.

From a Sunday-morning studio booking to a stage in front of thousands.
Mika founded Outlaws in 2021 after years of dancing in university K-pop societies, frustrated that so much talent in London had nowhere serious to grow. What began as informal cover practice sessions became a structured crew with choreography leads, a production team and — eventually — Outlaws Juniors, built so the next generation wouldn't have to wait as long as we did to find their people.
We're still independent, still fan-run, and still not affiliated with any label or artist. What's changed is the scale: festival stages, school workshops, brand collaborations, and a Juniors programme with its own waiting list.
Mission
Build a performance community where every dancer can find their stage.
We exist to make high-quality K-pop dance training and performance opportunities accessible in London — for total beginners, competitive performers, and everyone teaching the next generation between them.
Creative process
Choreography, styling, filming and edit — treated as one craft.
Every cover moves through the same pipeline: song selection, choreography adaptation for our formation, costume concepting, a filming day, and a full edit pass. Nothing ships until it feels like Outlaws, not just a copy of the original.

Outlaws is founded
Five dancers begin weekly cover practice in a rented London studio.
2022
First public stage
Outlaws performs its first live set at a community cultural festival.
2023
UK K-pop Cover Crew Showcase win
Outlaws wins the national showcase, prompting a wave of new members.
2024
Outlaws Juniors launches
Community classes for children and teens begin at our Camberwell studio.
2025
K-Con London main stage
Outlaws performs a five-song medley on the K-Con London festival stage.
2026
Today
14 members, a full Juniors performance team, and bookings across the UK.

Community
Outlaws runs open training sessions, hosts Random Play Dance events, and partners with local schools on workshops. Membership isn't only for performers — our community also includes creative volunteers, alumni, and Outlaws Juniors families who've been with us for years.
