Current schedule
For parents & guardians
Everything you need to know before your child's first class.
Every class is led by a named, DBS-checked instructor. A minimum ratio of one instructor per twelve students is maintained for Outlaws Mini and Juniors classes.
Outlaws Mini and Juniors students must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian at the studio door. Outlaws Teens students may sign themselves in and out with written parental permission on file.
At least one emergency contact number is required at registration and must be kept up to date. Please notify the Junior Team of any change as soon as possible.
Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies or accessibility needs at registration so instructors can plan classes safely. This information is kept confidential and shared only with instructors directly supervising your child.
Outlaws Juniors has zero tolerance for bullying of any kind. Concerns are taken seriously and addressed promptly under our Safeguarding Policy.
We only photograph or film children with signed guardian consent collected at registration. You may consent to internal use only, public sharing, or decline entirely — and you can change your choice at any time by contacting the Junior Team.
Junior performers are never identified by full name on public social media, and there is no private messaging between instructors and students. All instructor-student communication about classes goes through a parent or guardian.
All song choices, choreography and costume concepts are reviewed by instructors for age-appropriateness before being introduced to any Juniors class.
Registration data is stored securely and used only to run classes and contact you about them. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
Community Class terms can be cancelled up to two weeks before the term start for a full refund. Performance Team places require four weeks' notice due to costume and choreography planning already underway.
Any safeguarding concern can be raised confidentially with our Safeguarding Lead at safeguarding@outlawscrew.com, by phone, or in person — see our full Safeguarding Policy for the complete reporting procedure.
