Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 July 2026

Template notice: this policy is a good-faith starting point covering the data Outlaws collects through this website. Before publishing, have it reviewed by a solicitor or data-protection advisor familiar with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, particularly the sections covering children's data.

Who we are

Outlaws Dance Crew ("Outlaws", "we", "us") is an independent K-pop dance cover crew and creative community based in London, United Kingdom. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data submitted through outlawscrew.com.

What we collect

Depending on which forms you use, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, city, age, dance experience, availability, event details, payment-related billing details (handled by a third-party processor, never stored by us directly), and — for Outlaws Juniors — a child's name, age, medical information relevant to participation, and guardian contact details.

Why we collect it

We use personal data to process bookings and applications, run Outlaws Juniors classes safely, respond to enquiries, send the specific email updates you opt into, and meet our safeguarding obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Children's data

For Outlaws Juniors, a parent or guardian submits registration data on the child's behalf. Photography and filming of children only occurs with explicit, opt-in guardian consent collected at registration, which can be withdrawn at any time by emailing hello@outlawscrew.com. See our Safeguarding Policy for full detail.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to operate this site, and optional analytics cookies only after you actively consent via our cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for full detail on what's set and why.

Data retention

Enquiry and application data is retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Juniors registration and consent records are retained for the duration of enrolment plus 12 months, in line with our safeguarding record-keeping obligations. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Contact hello@outlawscrew.com to exercise any of these rights.

Third-party services

Forms on this site are designed to connect to a transactional email or booking service and, if enabled, a privacy-conscious analytics tool. No such service is activated for a visitor until the relevant consent (where required) has been given.
